The Legal Profession (Continuing Legal Professional Development) Regulations, 2013 set out the number of credits each person should obtain each year.

The Council wishes to advise all concerned that applications for accreditation of CLPD courses or activities should be made to the Accreditation Committee appointed under the CLPD Regulations and each attorney must submit to this Committee, on or before March 1, 2014, details of the CLPD programmes undertaken by him/her during 2013.
