NOTICE

The General Legal Council announces that effective April 1, 2018 it will be charging an application fee of J$5,000.00 in respect of each paper submitted for accreditation by the General Legal Council’s Accreditation Committee.

To date the General Legal Council has borne the expense occasioned by the accreditation of CLPD papers which has in turn contributed to increasing practising certificate fees. This charge will cover such expenses.

The fee will not be retroactive to applications for accreditation made prior to the effective date.
