NOTICE TO APPLICANTS FOR A QUALIFYING CERTIFICATE

Take notice that with effect from 1 January 2019 persons applying to the General Legal Council for a qualifying certificate are required to submit with their application an original police report coming from the jurisdiction in which they are ordinarily resident and any jurisdiction in which they have been previously called. Further, such police report(s) must have been issued within six months of the date of their application.
