Richard Ayoub has been a practicing attorney since 1993 and a partner in the firm Clinton Hart & Co. since 1997. In addition to his legal qualifications, Mr. Ayoub holds a BSc. in Biology and Physics.

Mr. Ayoub is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and its Commercial Law sub-committee.
